Second Week

This week is heavier than last week as we are now into product training, Because of a non-disclosure agreement I can't say who our customer is so I'll just call it "Client X". 
Just yesterday we were given 4 manuals. Today we were given an additional 6. Oh wow. Heavy. I still haven't read most of them. The good thing is Client X is on conference call with us at some part of the day to answer any questions that we might raise regarding the product and how to use it. Good for them!
Its funny tho… they seem to be only a step ahead of us in some matters. It must be because this is a new product for them too and they still have to come up with a manual to explain the intricacies of the process.
Still waiting for more hands on training as Client X still has to include us within their firewall…
